I'm Aldin Dugolli — a Manager at Variant Solutions and Corporate Sales Associate at Consumer Priority Service (CPS), and a software developer based in Ferizaj, Kosovo. My work brings together team leadership, customer support, and full-stack development. I build full-stack web applications, AI-powered tools, and automation systems, with experience spanning the entire software development lifecycle — from database design and back-end APIs to front-end interfaces and cloud deployment.

At Variant Solutions, I onboard and train new representatives, support the team through escalations, and help keep daily operations on track. At CPS, I work on claims and escalations, coordinate with dealers and service centers, and help move cases toward a clear resolution.

On the technical side, I specialize in Flask and Python for back-end systems, PostgreSQL for persistence, Docker for containerization, and Railway for deployment. On the frontend, I work with Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS to build clean interfaces.

I'm certified as a full-stack developer (front-end, back-end, and React Native) and hold three Cisco CCNA certifications — a foundation that gives me both breadth and depth in modern infrastructure. I'm studying Computer Science at UBT, and I recently started taking on freelance web development work alongside diving into LLM integrations, RAG systems, and automation architectures.
